Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This website is operated by Niner Advisors LLC, doing business as Niner Health. In these terms, "Niner Health", "we", and "us" refer to that operator. By using the site, you accept these terms.

1. General information, not advice

The site describes Niner Health and the services it offers. Nothing on it is advice — professional, clinical, financial, investment, legal, regulatory, engineering, or architectural — and nothing on it should be relied on when making a decision about a healthcare facility, a capital project, or an investment.

Using the site, sending an inquiry through the contact form, or corresponding with us afterwards does not create an advisory relationship. One exists only under a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.

2. The limits of our role

Niner Health is an owner-side advisor. We do not provide licensed architecture or engineering services, clinical advice, or code, licensure, or accreditation determinations. We review, analyze, and advise; we do not certify design, and we do not direct construction means, methods, sequences, or site safety.

Nothing on the site is an offer to perform licensed professional services or an acceptance of responsibility for construction means, methods, sequences, techniques, or site safety.

3. No promise of results

Service descriptions explain the work we do. They do not represent, warrant, or promise any budget, schedule, quality, regulatory, survey, accreditation, or commercial outcome.

4. Names and marks

"Niner Health" and the wordmark are used as a brand name. No claim of trademark registration is made. Any third-party names on the site belong to their owners and are used only descriptively.

5. Site content

The text, layout, and design of the site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. You may read it, quote short passages with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish, redistribute, or adapt it without written permission.

6. What to send, and what not to

Inquiries are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send patient information or any other protected health information. Please also avoid sending material you are obliged to keep confidential for someone else; if a matter needs that level of care, describe it in general terms and we will agree a suitable channel.

We do not accept unsolicited ideas, proposals, or materials, and sending them creates no duty of confidence beyond what the Privacy Policy describes.

7. Links to other sites

Any links to other websites are for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability

We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

11. Questions

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
