This website is operated by Niner Advisors LLC, doing business as Niner Health. In this policy, "Niner Health", "we", and "us" refer to that operator. It explains what the site collects, why, and what choices you have.

It describes the site as it works today. Where something is not active yet, the policy says so.

1. What you send us

The contact form

The form on the contact page asks for:

• Name (required)

• What is prompting your inquiry (required)

A submission is sent by email to the operator's own mailbox and is not written to a database. It is used only to reply to you and to judge whether we are the right advisor for the work. It is never added to a mailing list, sold, or shared. The email service provider that carries the message processes it only to deliver it.

Please do not include patient information or any other protected health information. The form is not designed to receive it.

A hidden field that people never see helps identify automated submissions, which are discarded. Repeated submissions from one connection within a short period are also limited.

Writing to us directly

If you correspond with us directly, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

2. What is collected automatically

Analytics

No analytics are active on this site. No analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and analytics will load only after you consent through a banner.

Hosting

Like any website, the site's host processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
